303-WINDOWS started in January 1995 as Centennial Home Improvements, Inc. Our original plan was to be a full-service residential home improvement company. Our services included: replacement windows, siding, roofing, fences, concrete work, deck construction, patio enclosures, entry doors, garage doors, gutters, and downspouts. We also offered bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations. We were ambitious!
By June of 1997, approximately 75% of our business was replacement windows. As the demand for replacement windows in the Denver Metro area continued to grow, we decided to specialize in window service.
We saw the benefit in offering expert window installation service to meet the needs of Colorado homeowners. Gradually, we phased out our other home improvement services. Today, we offer only residential vinyl replacement windows and patio doors.
