We'd like to thank you again for our new windows. We were happy with the entire production from start to finish. We had previous negative experiences with hard sell people, so we found your factual, no-pressure approach to be refreshing. We also felt that your prices are very reasonable compared to other dealers in the metro area.

We can't say enough about the professional installation. Pat, Rick, and Joe were not only fast, but conscientious and thorough. They even helped remount some of our hard-to-reach window coverings-a job they weren't required to do by contract, but did anyway. We greatly appreciated their efficiency and good nature.

We don't have central air, so during the summer we rely on our whole house fan to draw in cool air during the night, then close down the windows during the day. We have been amazed already at how well the windows keep the cooler air in and the hot air out. We have high hopes that they will also keep us from losing heat during the winter. So far, we are extremely impressed with the Amerimax windows and only sorry that we didn't make the change earlier on.

It's sometimes daunting for a homeowner to decide what company to choose to make theses sorts of major improvements. We felt like we were treated with respect the entire time and appreciate the quality product and installation you offer. Hi Jay,

We had Jay and his installation crew, Pat and Rick, install 4 windows and a patio sliding door about a year ago. They did such an excellent job that we will be having them install the rest of our windows in the near future.

The service was great from the beginning. When we bought our home, Jay was recommended by our home inspector. We called him on a weekend expecting to schedule an estimate later in the week, but he was able to come out immediately. He gave us a quote that day, but we wanted to check out other places since this was our first time buying windows. We were able to get estimates from two other places including Home Depot. Their quotes were so high (one was twice the amount) that we decided to cancel our third estimate!

The installation was done professionally and efficiently by two great installers, Pat and Rick. They were courteous and very respectful with our new home.

We have been very happy since purchasing our new windows. The quality of these new windows surpass the old windows that we will soon replace. There is a huge difference between the new and old windows! We highly recommend Jay's Amerimax window's to anyone.

I want to let you how much I appreciated the great service Centennial Home Improvements/303-WINDOWS provided, and the quality of windows that were installed at St. Therese School this past summer (July 2006). It was a pleasure working with you, as well as your installers who installed the 186 Amerimax windows in the school. Your installers were very professional as they worked along side the company that removed the windows and did the asbestos abatement, which helped the process move along smoothly without any difficulties, plus making it much easier for me. The quality of craftsmanship, pride of workmanship, and the daily cleanliness after each workday was great. This makes working with a company a pleasure.

Last winter our heating bills were out of control and we felt that replacing the 50-year-old single pane metal windows would help tremendously in reducing the heating costs. Already we can tell a difference as one of the two boilers in the school has been down for a couple of weeks during some cold days in October, but the school still stayed comfortable with one boiler doing the job. The teachers not only are thrilled with the comfort of the rooms and the ease of opening and closing the windows, but also the quietness in the rooms due to the quality of windo which helps keep the outside traffic and noise down. We have had many comments on the appearance of the windows from parents and parishioners which in itself makes it all worth it.

Dear Jay,

I want to thank you for installing the windows in our home. It was a nice change to meet with you. You were not pushy like the other salesmen. You were helpful and informatitive, and I was very impressed with the workmanship and business manner of your installers. I have not had one problem with my windows since they were installed.

As you know our house backs to a somewhat busy street, so the biggest difference I noticed immediately was the noise reduction. Now that our Amerimax windows are in I can't even hear my neighbors dog barking at night. I noticed the quietness after the first day, when only half of our windows were installed. The windows really make a huge difference.

The other improvement to our house is that the heat from the sun does not fry our family room anymore. Now, in the summer we don't even run the air conditioner all that much. The technical improvements to the glass make a big difference here with the Colorado sun.
